By 2030, India will be amongst the youngest nations in the world. With nearly 140 million people in the college-going age group, one in every four graduates in the world will be a productof the Indian higher education system. By 2030, the already existing challenges for Indian higher education – access, equity and quality – will only be greatly exacerbated unless we significantly transform our higher education model. Needless to say, future calls for a new vision and a new aspiration, and this is the genesis of the “MAHE Vision for Higher Education”, to articulate an ambitious vision for higher education reform and lay out a roadmap to achieving it. Bansur PG College wants to be pioneers of a higher education model that is not just the best in the world, but the best for the world, delivering social, economic and intellectual value par excellence.
Cultural Activities are an integral part of student’s college life. Students participate in the cultural activities for channelizing their energy in learning process. Participation of students in cultural activities ingrains multiple talents in students.
Sports activities form a vital part of learning process here in our institutes, creating unique opportunities for friendship, teamwork and learning. College has facillities for Volleyball, Football, Cricket, Badminton etc.
Aimed at developing student’s personality through community service, we have NSS and NCC units. Through events organized under NSS, both students and teachers with their combined participation in community service, get a sense of involvement in the tasks of nation building. Through NCC we imbibe amongst cadets selfless servicesto the community, dignity of labour importance of self help, need to procted the environment and to assist weaker section of society in the upliftment.
